From the year 2000 initially it was in the form of scholarship. Later it was reformed into distribution of notebooks(ITC make) worth Rs.700 every year starting 1st standard to engineering students. Every year around 120 students were distributed with note books till 2019. Later due to covid-19 the programme could not be conducted.
